Emerson Climate Technologies Inc., promoted Steve Santy to vice president, global electronics, Emerson Retail Services Inc. Santy will lead all business activity and product development for refrigeration system electronics. He will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining best practices, as well as working with Emerson Climate Technologies Inc., air conditioning division and the White-Rodgers business to integrate the electronics efforts across the organization.
