The PolySwitch circuit protection devices are functionally equivalent to the company’s existing RXEF overcurrent protection devices, but are available in a form factor that is 30 percent smaller. Key device parameters include hold-current ratings of 0.5 A to 5 A and trip-current ratings of 1 A to 10 A. All devices have a maximum operating voltage rating of 60V and can operate at up to 85 DegC.
