Design Tool, Inc. has a combined 80 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of automatic screwdriving equipment. Each DTI 5000 unit is designed specifically to the customer's fastener and application. The DTI 5000 can be designed with either a hand held pistol grip, or inline screwdriver with various rpm's and adjustable torque.

Custom designed multi-spindle fixture systems can be supplied with componentry or as a turnkey system. We also design X-Y-Z, computerized, and PLC controlled units. Our emphasis is on increasing production while reducing labor cost.
