Insulated terminals feature open barrel, superior "F" crimp to both the wire and insulation ear sections for a reliable, quality connection.

  • "F" crimp insulation strain relief is an integral part of the metal stamping itself, not a secondary sleeve or plastic formed during the crimp process.

  • Replaces secondary shrink tubing, hand blocking or over mold steps required to properly insulate the "F" crimped terminal.

  • Eliminates bent back wire strands associated with closed barrel connectors.

  • Utilize crimp monitors! Crimp height can be accurately measured at any time during production.

  • 150ºC, 130º "FR", (V-O, fire-retardant) and 105ºC rated insulators available.

  • UL/CUL listed.

  • One part accommodates a variety of wire ranges and insulation diameters.

  • Insertion forces are controlled for low first on force, while retaining the integrity of the sixth off force characteristic.

  • Available in .110, .187, .250 females, .250 males, right angle flags and insulated rings and hooks.
