K-Tech is the full-spectrum fastener manufacturer where specials are standard. It is licensed to produce ACR Phillips II­, Pozidriv­, ACR­ Tri-Wing­, Taptite II­, Plastite­, Remform(TM), Torx­, Torx Plus(TM), and Auto-sert(TM) screws and drive systems, and it can produce metrics, tripoints, dog points, flanges, extrusions, shoulders, serrations, knurling, undercuts, and more. The company's newly added expansion in plant and machinery has increased its manufacturing capabilities in size from a #2 through 9/16-in. diameter, up to 5-in. long. Shoulder screws and specials can be produced to the appliance manufacturer's specific dimensions and specifications.

All of the company's high-performance fasteners have a unique thread design for use in both metals and plastics and are produced from heat-treated steel. With statistical process control (S.P.C.), they are able to deliver the most technically correct product for your applications at the right price and on time (J.I.T.).

Since all tooling is produced in-house, fasteners can be manufactured quickly according to the customer's needs. All cold heading tools are manufactured from Carbide stock with the latest in lathes, grinding, and EDM machines to assure a quality product.
