Bosch AutoChef sensor cooking is featured exclusively on the Bosch 800 Series induction and electric cooktops. AutoChef works with a premium aluminum-core pan included with the cooktop. A sensor in the cooktop monitors the temperature at the bottom of the pan so that the appliance control can adjust power output to maintain the desired temperature for the chosen food type. When preheating the pan, the cooktop gives an audible beep when desired temperature is reached.

KENMORE

The Sears Kenmore Elite #99913 is the first-ever freestanding range to offer induction cooking, giving consumers the benefits of advanced technology without the need to remodel. The stainless-steel 30-in. range has four differently sized induction elements to provide optimal cooking flexibility — 6-in., 7-in., 8-in., and 10-in. The range also has a 5.8 cu. ft. electric convection oven with an extra-large viewing window and a feature that removes odors during cooking or self-cleaning.

LG ELECTRONICS

The ultra-capacity (27.5 cu. ft.) 4-door French-door refrigerator (LMX28987ST) features an automatic open/close bottom freezer drawer option, which opens the door at the press of a button. The drawer also has an assisted open/close function that allows consumers to slightly pull or push on the drawer, causing it to open or close by itself. A safety interruption feature stops automatic closing if any obstacles are in the way. The tall ice and water dispenser handles uniquely sized pitchers and glasses.

Wall ovens feature large, 7-in. touch screen display with “touch anywhere” technology. Similar to the latest mobile phone touch technology, the interactive control has an image-enabled cooking guide that allows users to slide through options using only a finger. Using color images of food items, the menu-driven Culinary Center helps cooks achieve desired results by considering details such as food category, food type, and desired doneness. The vertical, dual-fan, 6,800 W convection element can roast items on multiple racks quickly and evenly.

SAMSUNG

The FTQ387 and FTQ353 electric ranges offer 5.9 cu. ft of oven space, giving consumers the power to cook large meals with greater ease. The ranges feature a ceramic-glass cooking surface with five fast-heating burners. The FTQ387 also includes a fast boil element, which can boil a pot of water nearly six minutes faster than traditional 6-in./9-in. burners. Both combine an 8-pass hidden bake element, a 6-pass broil element, a 3-fan convection system, and tight temperature control. Additionally, the FTQ387 features three-fan convection cooking, glass touch controls, and a two-color display.

French door refrigerator has a Perfect Temp Drawer that provides nine preset temperature choices available at the touch of a button in addition to three customizable favorite settings.
