The line of ZMS Series subminiature snap-acting switches has been expanded to include right-angle mount configurations. The switches now feature a mounting hole with a locating stud, along with potted wire leads in straight and right-angle configurations to meet IP67 sealing specifications. The addition of the new mounting hole in the switch case gives design engineers the flexibility to mount a PC board via the switch to a panel or external plate, while the locating stud provides further right-angle PC board mounting support. The switch is rated to 3 A @125 VAC in an compact footprint, making it suited for use in a variety of applications such as communication devices, testing equipment, consumer electronics, and security/alarm systems. With a positive and reliable snap-acting mechanism, the ZMS Series switches feature a mechanical life span of more than 100,000 cycles. Wire lead versions meet IP67 specifications, while PC board soldering terminations meet dust and splash-proof requirements. For more information, visit: www.ck-components.com.
