Carrier, a unit of United Technologies has acquired the Developpement Systemes Group, known through its brands NEXA and VIVRALIS, a designer and manufacturer of floor heating and cooling solutions in France.

Developpement Systemes is a recognized leader in the design and production of floor heating and cooling solutions using the Carrier Heat Pump technology in France.

This acquisition will open exciting opportunities to develop further innovative solutions for residential heating and cooling systems. With headquarters in Rennes, France, Developpement Systemes employs 27 people with annual sales of approximately 10 millions Euros (US $ 12 million.)
